Hello & Welcome

My name is Charlotte. I'm 44 years old. I'm a wife, mum to a teenage son, daughter, sister, auntie and friend. I enjoy gardening, writing, reading, 'crafting' and taking photographs of flowers and insects - especially bumblebees. I also love spending time with our little dog, who makes me smile everyday.

I also have cancer - Stage 4 Melanoma.

I'm sharing my story about living with Stage 4 Melanoma to give others hope, to write about what life is like with cancer - the good days and the not so good ones - and to raise awareness of this type of cancer.

Welcome to my Melanoma Memoir,

This is a personal blog written and edited by me, Charlotte Killeya. It is about my own experience of melanoma. The opinions are my own. I am not an expert in melanoma - the diagnosis or treatment. If you are worried about your health please seek expert medical advice.
